After a lot of discussion it was finally decided by the cabin crew union of British Airways that they are again going to start their strike. If it happens then it would be for the fourth time in a year.

Notwithstanding the kind of hassles' the airline and the passengers are going to face ultimately, the union said yesterday that in a meeting the final decision about the strike was taken. They claimed that in the meeting a turnout of 75 per cent was seen and that some 1,579 employees voted in favor of the plan.

The union has been demanding restoration of travel concessions and also taking back of disciplinary cases against the sued employees. They also want all their outstanding sick pay to be made to them immediately.

Len McCluskey, the newly elected general secretary of the union said that this is for the fourth time in last year that the crew has wanted some strict action to be taken against the management and thus the strike. This is the time that BA should get up and do something for the situation to be controlled.
