C&C Construction wins two orders worth Rs 375 crore

Emma Thompson blasts UK’s Victorian principles for working mumsInfrastructure firm C&C Constructions Ltd, has secured two orders worth Rs 375 crore from Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.

However, the contract value does not include the cost of major raw materials and capital equipment, which will be supplied by JP Associates.

Under the arrangement, the company will construct a rigid pavement and granular layers on 110 kms of road length on the Yamuna Expressway.

The work is scheduled to be completed by September 2010.

The order book of C&C Construction as on date is valued at over Rs 3,100 crore.

The scrip of the company closed on Friday at Rs 181, down 5% compared to previous close of Rs 193.
