London, September 10 : Courtney Love has said that she’ll sue gaming firm Activision for bringing her late husband Kurt Cobain back to life for the latest edition of the videogame Guitar Hero.

She Tweeted a post: "For the record this Guitar Hero s**t is breach of contract on a Bullys (sic) part and there will be a proper addressing of this and retraction, the Sun reports.

"We are going to sue the s**t out of Activision, we being the Trust the Estate the LLC the various LLCs Cobain Enterprises."

It was earlier reported that the late Nirvana frontman’s bandmates and widow had given a green light to creating a Cobain character for the game.

Animated figures of Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Cash, Shirley Manson and Matt Bellamy of Muse also feature in the new game. (ANI)
