DGI subsidiary added by USfalcon

USfalcon-LogoIt has been reported that Defense technology solutions provider USfalcon has completed its purchase of Virginia's Durango Group's assets.

As part of the strategic acquisition Durango Group will become a subsidiary of USfalcon and incorporated as Durango Group Inc. USfalcon says DGI was established as a new subsidiary to increase the company's consulting capabilities in the security and defense market.

According to a company release, officials say the assets acquisition is also part of an ongoing effort to position DGI as a "national security advisory organization."

USfalcon President Russell Johnsen said in a statement, "Our greatest resource is our people and DGI significantly enhances our strength in the national security marketplace, while USfalcon provides them the financial strength and infrastructure required to grow as a platform company."

It was further noted by the report that USfalcon purchased the assets from Galen Capital Corp. which had been the owner of Durango Group since 2007. (With Inputs from Agencies)
