EazeMD App allows Users to have Medical Marijuana recommendation from Doctor

A new smartphone app has been developed that will allow its users to receive a medical marijuana recommendation from doctor. The app currently working in South California will also get delivered cannabis to user's doorstep.

Great news for California cannabis patients, a new smartphone app has been developed that will get them a medical marijuana recommendation from a doctor. Not only this, it will get cannabis delivered to their door.

The app, EazeMD, gives access to patients to have direct face-to-face interaction with doctors. The app, which will be available in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties, will provide its users a 'secure real-time video chat environment'. It will also provide them with the medical marijuana ID card to patients.

Eaze CEO Keith McCarty said that the users will be able to take benefit of the technology as they would not have to travel to either a doctor or a dispensary. In order to use the service, patients need to sign up at the Eaze website and from there, they will be connected with a California board certified licensed physician. He will be conduct a medical examination in real-time.

The app costs $25 and on the other hand, an in-person visit costs $100 or more. If the patient gets go-ahead then he will receive a recommendation letter from the doctor and new verified medical marijuana ID. Using them, patients can place orders from local dispensaries.

An Eaze spokesperson said that after receiving the ID, the patient can 'have the pot legally, safely and professionally to their door in 15 minutes'. In July 2014, Eaze made its first debuts in the San Francisco area.

"Since inception, Eaze has been focused on providing the easiest, quickest, and most professional way for patients to access medical marijuana. On-demand delivery was just the beginning", said Keith McCarty, Eaze founder and CEO.
