With Apple officially launching its newest and thinnest-ever iPhone - the iPhone 5 - worldwide on September 21, die-hard Apple fans lined up outside Apple stores to be among the early buyers of the much-hyped handset; while some vigilant buyers are apparently undecided about whether to go in for the new iPhone or one of the other smartphones available on the market.
While the 4-inch retina display screen, the Apple-designed A-6 chip for lightning fast speed, LTE capability, the Passbook digital wallet app, and other impressive features, make the iPhone 5 quite an attractive handset to be bought, tech expert Charles Tendell has advised the potential new smartphone buyers to give a careful consideration to whether they actually need all the features which a handset has to offer.
According the Tendell, it might just be quite okay for some customers to buy a "slightly older model," instead of a brand new handset, if the key reason why they need a smartphone is "to be able to Google or Facebook or do all those other things."
Going by the projections voiced by Tendell and other tech experts, despite the fact that the iPhone 5 is already witnessing overwhelming demand, the big splash being made by the new Apple handset will apparently spell eventual benefits for consumers because Apple rivals will go all out to attract buyers by offering fetching deals on other devices and data plans!
