Washington, Nov 2 : Soccer ace David Beckham feels honoured to be called the ‘gayest straight man in Britain’ and ‘blackest white man’ in history.

In an interview to GQ magazine, the 33-year-old midfielder said he loves to be called a gay and black icon.

“When people talk to me about being a gay icon I think of it as a great honour,” the Daily Star quoted him, as saying.

“To have that kind of affect on so many people around the world, I was honoured,” he added.

Melbourne, November 2 : Paris Hilton has mistakenly revealed that she and her beau Benji Madden were struck by the cupid while the rocker was still dating his Australian fiancée Sophie Monk.

The hotel heiress, who made the revelation in an exclusive interview with The Sunday Mail, said that she had been dating the ‘Good Charlotte’ rocker in February.

Interestingly, Monk’s rep confirmed that February 12 that she and Madden had decided to put an end to their 13-month engagement.

After dumping two-timing Tony Richardson, the ex-Brookside star says that she’s so ‘madly in love’ with Robbie Tickle that she wants to marry him and have his kids. 

Tickle, 29, was sentenced at Liverpool Crown Court in 2004 for possession of class A drugs with intent to supply, after being found with 10 wraps. 

He met Hell’s Kitchen winner Jen Ellison months ago when she was on a night out with friends. 

London, Nov 2 : Pop star Lily Allen has revealed that she was left in tears after learning that Russell Brand had resigned from the BBC following the prank calls row.

Brand quit his job as a BBC radio presenter on Wednesday over a series of messages he and Jonathan Ross left on Fawlty Towers star Andrew Sachs’ answer phone.

On one of the messages, which were broadcast on Brand''s BBC Radio 2 programme, the comedian claimed he had slept with Sachs'' granddaughter.

The pair also joked that the actor might kill himself as a result of the comedian''s claim, reports the Daily Star.

London, Nov 2 : Ronnie Wood has offered his estranged wife Jo 3 million pounds-a-year as part of their divorce deal, it has emerged.

Jo will receive 250,000 pounds a month after the Rolling Stone guitarist left her for 20-year-old Russian Katia Ivanova. 

The 61-year-old rocker, who has a 70 million pounds fortune, will also hand over a multi-million- pound lump sum, with some experts predicting Jo could pocket up to 50 million pounds in the end.
