India's leading personal care products maker Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. is expected to buy an Argentina-based hair color products firm, Issue Group Co. According to a report published in one of the leading news papers of the country, the deal is on its way and likely to be through soon. Industry is waiting to hear an announcement on the possible buy out from Godrej.

However, Godrej group's chairman, Mr. Adi Godrej has denied commenting on this deal right now. So far as the financial aspects of the deal is concerned, the experts believe that it is not going to be difficult ask for Godrej to raise funds. Although the financial aspects of the purchase has not been disclosed.

According to sources, the company board has decided to raise funds through debt and equity for mergers and acquisitions. This value is expected to be Rs. 30 billion. The company can easily go for this buy out at any point of time as per the analysts.

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd. is present in 25 countries all across the globe and has announced to go for fresh acquisitions soon.
