HCL Infosystems Q4 net profit slides 7%  HCL Infosystems, India's premier information enabler and leading ICT System Integrator, has registered a consolidated net profit of Rs 60.41 crore for the fourth quarter ended June 30, 2009, down by 7.26 per cent over the corresponding period a year-ago.

However, the company registered a growth of 1% in its total income, which grew to Rs 3106.33 crore during the June quarter from Rs 3090.28 crore in the same period last fiscal.

For the financial year ended June 30, HCL Infosystems posted a fall of 20% in its net profit at Rs 240 crore, compared to net profit of Rs 300 crore a year ago.

The company's total income rose to Rs 12,252.41 crore at the end of FY'09, from Rs 12,244.62 crore in 2007-08.

Apart from the announcement of results, the board of directors has declared a final dividend of 75 per cent at the rate of Rs 1.50 per share for the fiscal ended June 30. The Company has already paid three interim (quarterly) dividends aggregating to Rs 5/- per share (250%) during the year.
