Wife of legendary heavy metal singer Ronnie James Dio' Wendy Dio has released the statement to blabbermouth. net declaring, "My heart is broken today. Ronnie passed away." And that was enough for his fans to break in to deep sorrow. Lots of fans were present there to say goodbye to their beloved artist.

Right before a month, Dio had addressed about his fight with cancer with the Artisan News Service on the occasion of Revolver Golden Gods Awards. When queried about his present health condition he has said that he was feeling good and bad sometimes.

It has been a lengthy process. He had also said that he had never realized what a thorny process the chemotherapy was. It's a real growing result .The more you cover, the more it loads up on top and it takes long time to get it done.

Ronnie James Dio had a performance with ELF, RAINBOW, and BLACK SABBATH. But now there is no Dio today to perform and entertain his fans. He died at 7:45 this morning. But his creations will last forever and ever.
