London, Nov 19 : Chelsea coach Carlo Ancelotti has ruled out cutting short his stay at the club to coach the Italian national team.

With Italy boss Marcello Lippi expected to step down from his post after next summer's World Cup, Ancelotti had been touted as a possible replacement.

The Blues manager insists that he has no intention of walking away from Stamford Bridge.

"I won't be Azzurri coach next year. I'm Chelsea coach and I want to see how this beautiful adventure will end," The Sun quoted Ancelotti, as saying.

Ancelotti also tipped African teams to do well in football World Cup in South Africa.

"The World Cup is a fantastic spectacle and I'll see it live. It will be a balanced competition. I don't see a team that could stand out over the others," Ancelotti said.

"In South Africa the climate will be fresh and, theoretically, it''s an advantage for the game. I wouldn't be surprised if an African side could arrive in the last four," he added. (ANI)
