India needs 'sevak', not an arrogant government: ModiShivpuri, (Madhya Pradesh), Apr 5 : Taking a jibe at the Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Saturday said that India needs a ' sevak' for its people not an arrogant government.

Targeting Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Modi said, "Congress leaders are arrogant.  I think it is the Congress trait that has made him arrogant."

"Congress leaders should remember that the government is for the nation, and not for any one party," said Modi.

"Congress's one point program is how to establish the 'son'.  Nation is secondary for them.  Their priority is to keep the son's career must be safe," said Modi.

He further said that the Congress ruled Madhya Pradesh had become a backward state.

"Congress ruled MP had become a backward state, but their leader keeps abusing and blaming others all the time," said Modi.

"There cannot be any comparison between Rajmata and the current MP.  No one can forget her but for the current Congress candidate, the lesser one says the better," he said.

"Rajmata Scindia blessings have been with us.  Make BJP win here and I take responsibility of development in this area," he added. (ANI)
