Washington, June 14 : Justin Bieber will not face a felony attempted robbery charge for allegedly trying to steal a women's cell phone, it has been revealed.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney dismissed the case and it has been sent to the City Attorney which could result in a misdemeanor charge, CNN reported.

Earlier, the women, who accused Bieber of the theft, told the LAPD that she attempted to take a photo of the 20-year-old singer with her iPhone at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park in Los Angeles, where the singer and his entourage were playing mini-golf and hanging round the batting cages.

Bieber later tweeted that it was hard to defend himself and his privacy every moment of the day. (ANI)
