Kites is going to represent Bollywood all over the world. The most hyped movie of the year, Hrithik Roshan-Barbara Mori starrer 'Kites' is going to hit the theaters this week itself. It is going to be released in over 2,300 screens worldwide on this Friday i. e. 21st of May. So the movie is going to be a grand international release.

The Chief Executive Officer of Reliance BIG Pictures, Mr. Sanjeev Lamba has said that this will be the biggest ever Indian release till date in an international level. Moreover it will be released in 1800 screens in India and over 500 screens overseas. So as per Lamba, 'Kites' has gone global. Reliance BIG Pictures is having the distribution rights of the film.

He has informed that the movie will be released in India, US, UK, UAE, Australia, South Africa and 30 other countries on 21st May in the first phase. It will release in 30 other countries in the second phase.

He has also said that Hrithik Roshan, Barbara Mori, Rakesh Roshan, Rajesh Roshan, Anurag Basu and Brett Ratner have promoted the movie in New York and London. Barbara Mori and Brett Ratner have travelled Miami and Los Angeles for the promotion of the film.
