Yesteryears Bollywood actress Neetu Singh's mother Rajee Singh died of cardiac arrest on Tuesday morning in Mumbai.

Confirming the news, Rishi Kapoor, actor and Neetu Singh's husband said: “Rajeeji passed away today due to a cardiac arrest.”

Rajee Singh was 71. She was living with Rishi Kapoor and Neetu at their bungalow Krishna Raj.

She was cremated last (Tuesday) evening. Apart from family members, Ranbir Kapoor girlfriend, Deepika Padukone was also present with the Kapoors.

Notably, Rajee Singh had also played Neetu Singh's mother in a movie called ‘Rani Aur Lalpari’.
