London, July 12 : Nicole Scherzinger revealed that her therapy sessions in the past had helped her grow and move forward in life.

The 36-year-old dusky beauty, who is currently dating F1 racer Lewis Hamilton, admitted that instead of perishing into depression, she resort to therapy , as it helped have some perspective and get the pressure of her shoulders, the Mirror reported.

She even maintained her counseling through Skype and phone calls, she added.

Scherzinger, who's a devout catholic and granddaughter of a priest, regularly attends Church and goes to confession for self help. (ANI)
