Panaji, Dec 5 - A Goa police head constable has been literally caught with his pants down during duty hours.

Head constable Santosh Naik was suspended after he was found guilty during an enquiry for indulging in oral sex with a call girl while he was on duty in a police control room van in the popular tourist resort village of Calangute, 16 km from here, officials said.

The suspension follows a 10 month enquiry against Naik and two police constables, who were present in the police vehicle in February last year.

One of the police officials present in the van recorded the act on his mobile phone and later circulated the clip by MMS.

The call girl was soliciting customers in Calangute, when the three police officials accosted her.

A senior police official confirmed suspension of the head constable. "The enquiry was completed on Nov 4. He has been suspended and will be shortly charge sheeted by the department," the official said. (IANS)
