Nurse Victorino Chua charged with murderA medical caretaker has been accused of the homicide of three individuals after their passings at Stepping Hill Hospital in Stockport in 2011.

Victorino Chua, 48, of Churchill Street, Heaton Norris, is likewise accused of 31 different offenses, including GBH and endeavored harming.

He is blamed for killing patients Tracey Arden, 44, Arnold Lancaster, 71, and Alfred Derek Weaver, 83.

He was remanded in guardianship to show up at Manchester Magistrates' Court later.

Manchester Police (GMP) said Mr Chua confronted one check of bringing about offensive real mischief with aim, 22 numbers of endeavoring to cause deplorable substantial damage with purpose and eight offenses of endeavoring to manage poison, under the Offenses Against the Person Act.

Examiners have been inspecting the contamination of different restorative items, between June 1 and July 15, 2011 at the healing center.

They were initially called to Stepping Hill after reports that saline ampoules and sacks had been polluted with insulin.

Eighteen patients were deliberately harmed by polluted items, as stated by GMP, and eight later passed on.

Notwithstanding Ms Arden, Mr Lancaster and Mr Weaver, the individuals who passed on were William Dickson, 82, Linda Mcdonagh, 60, John Beeley, 73, Beryl Hope, 70, and Mary Cartwright, 89.
