Patent Infringement Complaint Filed By Lifetime Products Against Three Chinese CompaniesA leader in the blow-molded folding table and chair market, Lifetime Products, has filed a patent infringement complaint with the Shanghai No. 1 Intermediate People's Court for the People's

Republic of China. The complaint was filed against Zhejiang Bestem Furniture Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Bestem Machinery Co., Ltd. (previously called Hanghzou Dali Tools Packing Co.,

Ltd.), and Hangzhou Bestem Furniture Co. Ltd. It alleges that the defendants infringe several Chinese patents owned by Lifetime Products covering its blow-molded plastic tables. All of the

defendants are located in Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China.

This action represents the first time that Lifetime has initiated litigation in the People's Republic of China to enforce its Chinese patents. Lifetime has a long history of enforcing its intellectual

property rights in the United States and other countries throughout the world. Lifetime continues to monitor the international market for products that infringe its patents and will take

appropriate action to enforce its intellectual property rights in venues worldwide when necessary.
