People Trust America Lesser than Sweden, Canada on the Health Care: Survey

People Trust America Lesser than Sweden, Canada on the Health Care: SurveyAccording to a 22 nation survey released on Thursday, it has been stated that the residents of the places where the health-care system is run by Government, nations like Sweden and Canada have appeared to have more faith on the system than Americans have. It has been disclosed that people of the former two nations believe that their families will be provided with high-quality, reasonable care when needed.

The survey was conducted by Ipsos/Reuters online, a global survey-based market research company and it was concluded that about 75% of Swedes and 70% of Canadians believed that if any of their relative falls ill, appropriate treatment will be provided. In the other hand only 51% Americans were positive about this.

The survey has been conducted during the U. S. Congress' efforts of availing access to health insurance i. e., November 2009 to January 2010. The survey has clearly projected that Americans possess a mixed view about the efficiency of health care.

"Even at this very divisive time, half of the (U. S.) public was basically satisfied with their healthcare", said Darrell Bricker of Ipsos. "Americans are basically split on this".

The survey includes views of more than 23,000 people globally, and it was found that not all the government-headed health-systems countries had satisfactory results. For Britain and Germany, the percentage of people trusting their health systems was 55% and 45% respectively.
