London, November 23 : Courteney Cox has put the production of her new TV series Cougar Town on hold.

The former Friends actress stars as single mum Jules and also plays executive producer on the comedy show, reports the Daily Star.

The star was said to have temporarily halted the production over an undisclosed matter.

A spokesperson for TV network ABC said: "We can confirm production on Cougar Town has been temporarily shut down in order for Courteney to deal with a private family matter." (ANI)

London, November 08 : Friends star Courtney Cox Arquette has dismissed reports of the hit TV show being adapted into a film.

When asked if all the cast members have signed up for the film, she replied: “That would be a negative. We’re not. I can’t imagine it. I don’t know. I just can’t imagine that happening.”

“I always thought we should have done a Thanksgiving episode. Once a year, all the ‘Friends’ should get back together and do one episode,” the Mirror quoted her as adding.

London, Nov 5 : ‘Friends’ star Courteney Cox and her actor hubby David Arquette have joined hands with an American jewellery manufacturer to create their own line for charity.

Both are spearheading a drive to raise money for kids suffering from epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a rare genetic condition that affects the skin, after a friend’s child fell victim to the condition.

London, Oct 14 : Former "Friends" star Courtney Cox has revealed she is preparing for a second child with husband David Arquette as she feels "time's a-ticking".

The 45-year-old actress who has daughter Coco, five, with Arquette is preparing to have a second child while the couple still can, reports imdb. com.

"We're not trying yet. We're revving up the engines. I'm only ready because time's a-ticking. If I was 34, I'd wait another year. I want Coco to be helping me with the next one. One child is hard. Two is probably harder," she said. (IANS)

Washington, October 07 : Friends star Courtney Cox has refuted rumors that the cast of hit the TV show is going to reunite for a big screen version.

"(There are) No plans for a reunion. I can’t see it happening,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling AOL.

In the recent past castmember James Michael Tyler, who played coffee shop worker Gunther, had said, "Friends: The Movie is definitely on. I still keep in touch with a lot of the cast and they say that they are really keen. I am definitely on board to do the film."

New York, July 15 : David Arquette has said that he and his wife actress Courteney Cox are going to be doing ''Scream 4''.

Arquette told E! that both he and Cox will be returning to the roles that brought them together.

"We are going to be doing ''Scream 4''," the New York Daily News quoted Arquette as saying.

Rumours of a fourth `Scream' film have been shot down over the last few years, but Arquette''s comment seems to suggest it may actually happen.

In an attempt to get her four-year-old daughter Coco in a school, the former `Friends' star wrote a letter to the head of the school but mispelt her daughter as `Cock'.

"I wrote `We are so looking forward to seeing you' and signed it, `Courteney and Cock'," The Sun quoted her as telling US talk show host Jimmy Kimmel.

Washington, Dec 12 : Courteney Cox is in no mood to push her ‘Friends’ co-stars to re-unite for a film based on the hit sitcom, as she fears that talking about the project in the media would trigger imaginary feuds among the cast.

Talking on the comedienne Ellen DeGeneres'' daytime talk show on Dec 11, the actress, who played Monica in the show, said she is quite keen on making a film adaptation of the series, which went off the air in 2004.

However, Cox was hesitant to talk freely about the potential project, as she''s not quite sure of what direction it could go in.
