London, Dec 31: American actress Eva Longoria Parker has scotched rumours of tension flying around on the set of Desperate Housewives, insisting that the cast are all her "dear friends".

Rumours had been going around that the stars, including Teri Hatcher, Marcia Cross, Nicollette Sheridan and Felicity Huffman, had been fighting amongst themselves.

However, 33-year-old Longoria Parker dismissed the rumours by saying that she felt "gifted" to be onset with the other actresses.

Washington, Dec 30: After being married for a year and a half, Eva Longoria Parker says she has recognized a challenge of wedded bliss.

The ‘Desperate Housewives’ star, who is married to NBA star Tony Parker, said that marriage is a commitment, and one always has to work at it.

"Marriage is a commitment, so you always have to work at it," Usmagazine quoted her, as telling the February Man Issue of Glamour.

Melbourne, December 19 : Actress Eva Longoria is reportedly having trouble convincing her eight-year-younger hubby Tony Parker to start a family.

The `Desperate Housewives' star had previously made it public that she wanted to have children while Parker, on being questioned about the probability of Eva getting pregnant, earlier this year, had said: "She''s not pregnant now if that''s your question. I''m not thinking like that right now."

New York, Dec 3 : Even though she has been trying to hide her bad habit, American actress Eva Longoria Parker was caught smoking while on her trip to Puerto Rico.

Parker, 33, was spotted smoking several cigarettes this week as she strolled the streets of San Juan, Puerto Rico, where she is attending the wedding of “Without a Trace” star Roselyn Sanchez.

“She hates to be photographed smoking,” the New York Daily News quoted X-17 owner Frank Navarre as saying.

“But we get her once in a while,” he added.

Washington, Nov 20 : Eva Longoria Parker has ditched meat and opted for a new all-fish diet in a bid to get back in shape.

The Desperate Housewives star, who studied to become a fitness trainer at college, has put her education to use to lose weight and get healthy.

And the actress has admitted that the diet plan is already paying off.

"I love it... It really has effected my body... It takes a lot for the body to process red meat and I''ve never been a fan of chickens,” Contactmusic quoted her, as saying.

Washington, Oct 3: Actress Eva Longoria has laughed off reports of her sex tape scandal with hubby Tony Parker, insisting that they are "too square" to film themselves in bed.

Longoria has revealed that there is a spoof sex tape instead, which she filmed with comedian Perry Hilton for website FunnyOrDie.com.

The actress insisted that she and her husband are very boring people, so there is no chance of filming themselves making love.
