London, Sep 19 : Actress Evan Rachel Wood says she is glad to have called off her engagement with rocker Marilyn Manson, because both of them needed to grow up.

"I am glad - for both of us. We both have a lot more growing to do. I don't think it would've been right, but I am glad that we were engaged. I think we needed to make a statement to each other that it was legit. So that was good," Wood told Marie Claire magazine.

Los Angeles, March 23 : Actress Evan Rachel Wood credits co-star Kate Winslet for helping her film nude scenes in HBO mini-series "Mildred Pierce".

"She coached me through my first nude scene. I mean, she's done it all. She was literally next to the camera going [thumbs-up]," Wood, 23, told E! News.

Winslet also advised her co-star to keep the number of spectators on sets to a minimum, reports usmagazine. com.

Washington, Sep 8 : American actress Evan Rachel Wood is reportedly dating her ‘True Blood’ co-star Alexander Skarsgard.

According to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, Wood, 22, had recently been linked to E. R. actor Shane West, but is said to have moved on to Swedish actor Skarsgard, 33, after meeting him on the set of the hit vampire TV show, reports Contactmusic.

The Wrestler actress will play Spidey''s paramour Mary Jane Watson, while Cumming will do the role of the villain Norman Osborn, a. k. a. the Green Goblin.
