Washington, Jun 24 : American singer songwriter Nick Jonas was very elated at the chance to meet US President Barack Obama on June 23.

Jonas, 16, of the Jonas Brothers band, had already met with Sasha and Malia Obama on their first night in the White House, and on the second visit he got to meet the president and a group of kids who live with diabetes.

“I’m excited,” People magazine quoted Jonas, who wearing a tailored grey suit, as saying about his meeting.

“This is the first time I’m meeting the president. It’s gonna be fun,” he said.

Washington, June 20 : Nick Jonas seems to be picking up fallen threads with former girlfriend Miley Cyrus, for the singer's brother Joe has confirmed the pair's ''reconnection'.

The Jonas Brothers recently appeared for an interview on Larry King Live, when the talk show veteran asked them about their "female situation."

New Delhi, June 17 : Teen singer Nick Jonas has finally graduated from high school, finishing two years earlier than the average US student.

The 16-year-old, who along with his Jonas brothers and bandmates Kevin and Joe was home schooled, made the announcement on the group's Twitter blog, reports the China Daily.

He wrote: "I''m happy to announce I have graduated! Class of ''09! Congrats to everyone else who has also graduated this year! Mr. President (Nick)."

The youngest of the three brothers allegedly celebrated in Madrid, Spain, while being on a promotional tour.
