New Delhi, Sept. 15 : President Pratibha Devisingh Patil will assess the internal security situation of the country during the two-day conference of Governors, which begins in New Delhi on Tuesday.
Sources said that the focus of the conference would be a threadbare discussion of the internal security environment of the country with special reference to Left-wing extremism and insurgency.
