Anti Terror Squad Refutes Sadhvi’s AllegationsMalegaon-accused Sadhvi Pragya Singh had recently accused the Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS), probing the Malegaon, of custodial torture and abuse.

The special court trying the Malegaon blast case today ordered Maharashtra to respond to allegations of torture levelled by sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur, army officer Prasad Purohit and five other suspects. Special judge Y. D. Shinde asked the state government to file a detailed replays early as possible.

Pragya Singhs'' religious guru promises cooperation in Malegaon blast probe

Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) has so far arrested nine suspects including Singh in connection with the September 29 Malegaon blast case.

Sadhvi Pragya gets judicial custody till Nov.17 in Malegaon blast case

Pragya Singh ThakurNashik, Nov 03 : A Nashik court today sent Sadhvi Pragya Thakur to judicial custody till Novenber17 in connection with the Malegaon blast case. The Sadhvi fainted during the proceedings in the court.

The officials of the Mumbai ATS produced six accused of Malegaon blast including Pragya in Nashik court.

Earlier in the day, Mumbai ATS arrested three more people in Nashik and produced them in the court.

During the proceedings, Sadhvi stated that she would break silence only after getting the justice.

Sadhvi Pragya offered ticket by Uma Bharati''s party

BJS National Secretary Inder Prajapat, while talking to reporters, said, "If she (Pragya) wishes, our party will field her from any seat in Madhya Pradesh against the BJP."
