That's the conclusion of a new study, which found that the light treatment gives absolutely no benefit over bleaching without UV, and damages skin and eyes up to four times as much as sunbathing.

They are said to have advised Cruise not to drive luxury cars, wear shades, talk about Scientology, or snog wife Katie Holmes over-passionately.

According to reports, Cruise's cringe-making clinches with his 30-year-old wife have become the butt of Tinseltown jokes.

New Delhi, Jan 26 : Despite of starring in a string of successful films in his career, Tom Cruise "can''t sleep" before he starts filming a movie.

The `Top Gun' actor still gets excited about starting a new film, even though he has been in the business for over 25 years.

"I can''t sleep the night before I start to shoot. I care about the work I do," he said.

And the actor has said that he was particularly keen to begin making new movie ''Valkyrie'' because he found the story so engaging, reports the China Daily.

London, Jan 24 : Even though Tom Cruise's movie `Valkyrie' has become a hit in Germany, authorities in the country fear that it may become a propaganda vehicle for Scientology.

German critics had at first not been in favour of the movie, where Cruise played Count Claus Schenk von Stauffenberg, the army officer who tried to blow up the Fuhrer, but they are now giving a positive nod to it.
