Knowledge-based outsourcing firm, PharmARC Analytics Solutions Ltd is looking forward to hit the markets for raising fresh capital. The KPO has till now been funded by private equity firm, Baring.

PharmARC focuses in the pharmacy and the health care vertical and wants to use the capital for further growing itself. Talking to private VC magazine, VC Circle the company said that it is ready for stake sales or multiple sources if and when the need arises.

Meanwhile, Baring is also looking for ways to get out of the firm. It is on the other hand, in talks with a Mumbai-based investment bank for looking for possible way outs.

Baring is looking for a possible deal in an IT company and will be using its Baring India Private Equity Fund II. Two sources close to the development said that it is in talks with IT majors in India but nothing has been finalized till now.

Baring in last four years holds a large but minority stake in many companies. No comments were made by the PE firm but firm's Keshav Mishra said that it at present has no plans for fund raising.
