Bollywood actor Shiney Ahuja seems to trying his best to get bail.

Ahuja who has been detained for alleged for raping his teenaged maid has competed that the medical report and the DNA tests do not support the charges levelled against him.

The actor's lawyer, Shrikant Shivade said: "While the victim's DNA report is positive and some male DNA is found, Ahuja's DNA report is negative. I would need to peruse the forensic lab reports to argue my case."

Moreover, Shivade charged the police to tamper the DNA report of the 36-year-old actor and victim.

Notably, the sessions court had rejected Ahuja's bail application two months ago.

The preliminary medical tests on the girl confirmed sexual assault.

It may be recalled that the actor was arrested in June earlier this year for raping his 20-year-old domestic help at his residence when his family was away.

The Mumbai police had charged Ahuja under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) Section 376 with rape, along with wrongful restraint and intimidation.
