Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Mayawati has blamed the former Samajwadi Party Government for failing to control terrorism during its rule. Due to this, the image of the Muslim community and the state has been negatively projected throughout the nation. 

While addressing a media conference on Sunday, Mayawati informed, “The entire community should not be tarred for unlawful acts of a few persons. Terrorism struck deep roots in the state during the SP reign and my government is working hard to restore the rule of law.”

Bareilly, Sep. 22 : A man in Bareilly is promoting Hindu-Muslim brotherhood with his unique hobby to collect currency notes bearing 786, the numerical form of Bismillah al-Rahman al-Rahim, as their last three digits.

Forty eight-year-old Anjai Agarwal, who is a Hindu by religion, has managed to collect 571 currency notes worth rupees 58,000.

Anjai started collecting such currency notes in 1980s after his father motivated him to do so.

Noida (Uttar Pradesh), Sept 22 : The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a Noida company was beaten to death today by some dismissed employees inside office premises following the failure of a meeting, that was called to resolve a dispute between them and the management.

Senior Superintendent of Police (Noida) R K Chaturvedi said that L K Chaudhury, the CEO of Gradiano in Udyog Vihar of Greater Noida, was killed when the agitating workers turned violent and beat him up.
