Richa Gangopadhyay the beautiful actress who is going to act with Venkatesh in the upcoming flick ‘Nagavalli’ will dub for herself in Telugu. Richa made her debut opposite Rana in the critically acclaimed movie ‘Leader’. Richa’s debut film was directed by Shekhar Kammula and it has given her instant fame and glory.

Richa is perhaps one of the few actresses who try to dub for themselves when starring Telugu films. The recent breed of Telugu film actresses rarely dub for themselves. Even during the press conferences they say a few words in Telugu and then start off in fluent English. Sometimes the same dubbing artist dubs for all the actresses like Trisha, Ileana, Kajal Agarwal etc. The lack of originality in the actress’s voice often results in low impact.

Richa on the other hand is very serious about her career and she like s to dub for herself. It is good to see that even the non-Telugu speaking actresses are making an effort to learn the sweet language to dub for themselves. This goes on to show, that acting is not about having the best figure in the business, it has got more to do with hard work and diligence. We hope native Telugu speaking actresses take a cue from Richa and start dubbing for themselves.
