London, Sep 24 : Wayne Rooney has expressed unwavering faith in his team despite Manchester United's dismal performance this season.

United faced a 5-3 defeat at Leicester on Sunday. Rooney was although visibly unhappy at his team-mates' performances but said on a hopeful note that the future is bright, reported the BBC.

He said that although a lot of people have written the team off yet he doesn't see it that way.

Despite signing six new players this season, including, Angel Di Maria and Radamel Falcao , United has won just once and has incurred three losses. (ANI)
