London, July 11 : British actor Sanjeev Bhaskar has landed crucial guest role in the acclaimed TV show 'Doctor Who's' climax episode.

Bhaskar, 50, who had done ' Doctor Who' audio stories in the past, said that he was already thrilled to have made a small contribution to the show, but it was a dream come true to star in the TV show, which stars Peter Capaldi in the lead, the Daily Star reported.

Steven Moffat, the show's boss said that they were delighted to have Bhasker in the show, and he would play a very important role in the finale by coming to the aid of the Doctor.

The show will commence on BBC, which also released a new teaser trailer for the new series, this August. (ANI)
