SEHA Showcases New Career Development Programs at Tawdheef 2010

SEHA-LogoAs per the reports, a series of new recruitment programs would be released by Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. (SEHA), the Emirate's largest public healthcare provider, this week at the Tawdheef 2010. The event, which will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNCEC) from February 2 - 4, is one of the largest career fairs hosted during the spring semester.

It was forwarded by company spokespersons that SEHA intends to recruit a minimum of 60 new employees in their corporate office during the next twelve months. This comes as an increase of nearly 150% from last year's targets.

The managers and frontline staff from SEHA's 12 hospitals would be present at Tawdheef, where they will disperse information related to how the company's latest recruitment initiatives will be implemented in 2010. The three internal programs, which have been created as a way to nurture talent, would target at demographics in the UAE along with providing opportunities for vertical career movement.

The main aim of the EDAD program is to help high school and diploma graduates recognize career opportunities starting with entry-level jobs within administration and other support departments. The ones with more education and work experience come under the TAMAYOZ program, which has been formed to support individuals with a higher diploma or bachelor degree in developing their capacity within non-medical departments like accounting, human resources, marketing, and others.

The most deserving group of applicants placed within the NAQLA program are given with the resources mandatory to get into managerial positions and further advance their skills set as experienced industry professionals.

Tawdheef was described as a great platform by SEHA's Human Resources Manager Mr. Saeed Al Dhaheri to reach out to job seekers of all ages and backgrounds.
