During the quarter under review, company's profit figure stood at Rs 216.68 million as compared to Rs 299.47 million in the similar period last year.

Net sales of the company during the three month period has witnessed a handsome growth of 89.46% to Rs 2,637.63 million, while total income for the quarter surged 90.25% to Rs 2,652.40 million, when compared with the prior year period.

During the latest quarter, the company has reported earnings of Rs 4.94 per share, registering 27.57% decline over prior year period.

Shiv-Vani Oil and Gas Exploration (Shiv-Vani) engages in the execution of several services to hydrocarbon industry.

Scrip of Shiv-Vani Oil and Gas Exploration Services Ltd settled the day in positive territory at Rs 338, up 3.97% on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The total volume of shares traded was 402,540 on BSE.
