New York, August 2 : Singer Kelly Rowland believes that music mogul Simon Cowell will be a "great dad".

Cowell, 53, is expecting a child with his friend Andrew Silverman's estranged wife, Lauren Silverman, who is 10 weeks pregnant. And Rowland, who co-judges the US version of "The X Factor" with Cowell, is thrilled for him.

"I think Simon will be a wonderful father. It's not my news to share, but I do know about Simon and his character. He's going to be a great dad," eonline. com quoted Rowland as saying.

"I think that he is always respectful. Always classy. And I think that he will be like that as a father. He will be a classic father figure," she added.

Demi Lovato, another fellow judge, is happy for Cowell, but doesn't have any advice for him because he is so much older than her.

She said: "I don't have any advice to give to someone who has lived like a hundred more years than I have.

"I mean, I might be off by a few, so maybe 110. But I have a lot of fun with him and he's a great guy. He'll be good," added Lovato. (IANS)
