The game between Chelsea and Manchester United will be the first public show in the Sky 3D. It has been confirmed that Sky 3D is coming to homes and pubs in the UK in 3rd of April with some exciting soccer action. The fans are eagerly waiting for the first ever 3D football match in television. On that particular day, the Sky 3D channel is also going to be launched in UK.

Sky has said that apart from the Chelsea-Manchester United game, it will show another five upcoming games in 3D before the end of this football season. But this will be shown in pubs only.

Sky's Director of Product Design and TV Product Development, Brian Lenz has expressed his contentment as his company is going to offer the most awaited game of the season to its customers with a magic touch of 3D. He has also said that Sky 3D device is going to create as over a thousand pubs across country will be able to show one of the biggest games in three dimensions for the first time.
