Subhash Projects wins orders worth Rs 105 crore; stock soars 5%
Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd, one of the leading civil engineering and industrial construction firm, has received two orders worth Rs 105 crore from NTPC Ltd, India's largest power company.
The company has informed that it received first order worth Rs 82.37 crore towards engineering, manufacture, shop Fabrication, assembly, testing and inspection of manufacturer's works, type testing, packing, forwarding & dispatch from manufacture's works / place of dispatch (both in India) of equipment and materials Thermal Power Project, Stage II (2x 500 MW).
The company secured second project valued at Rs 22.63 crore, towards work of "Providing all services i.e. transportation from manufacturer's works / place of dispatch (both in India) to site, inland transit, insurance, delivery at site, unloading handing, storage, insurance, installation, testing and commissioning including guarantee test of the complete equipment / materials for the complete station piping package for Simhadri Super Thermal Power Project, Stage II (2x500 MW)."
Ahead of positive announcements, the shares of the company surged to Rs 136, up 5% compared to its previous close.
