The BSE listed company Take Solutions Ltd declared that it has bagged the Madras Management Association (MMA) award 2010 for managerial excellence in the services group.

Take Solutions Ltd is engaged in providing life sciences and supply chain management products.

MMA, one of the Management Associations in India, was set up in the year 1956 with the aim to meliorate management education and training in India.

MMA Awards are given to companies who have notably excelled in the business section during the last few years and have their registered office in any of the Southern States of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Puducherry.

In a declaration, Take Solutions Vice Chairman Srinivasan HR stated, ''We are delighted to win this prestigious award as it represents the success of our overall management strategy. It signifies how our company has directed the various disciplines of management in a focused manner to meet or exceed the objectives set.''
