Tricom India Ltd, a non-voice Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) major, declared that it has entered into the concluding stages of getting hold of two firms--Mastiff Tech and Mastiff Internet Media Solutions.

The acquisitions will help strengthen the operations of Tricom India Ltd.

In a declaration, the Mumbai-based company stated that the formalities for these acquirements are likely to be finished by the next few weeks.

But, the company did not reveal the financial details related to the deal.

With these acquirements, Tricom will also have a domestic customer base.

Both companies--Mastiff Tech and Mastiff Internet Media Solutions --are top providers of niche internet technology solutions. (With Inputs from Agencies)
