According to U. S. TV news show Extra, Billie Jean Jackson, the woman who alleges that she's the mother of Jackson's youngest child Blanket, had filed for the joint and legal custody of the 7-year-old child in December last year.

She had also asked for 1 billion dollars in child support as well as the opportunity to participate in Blanket''s education and gain weekend visits to him.

Her case will be heard on the same day when Jackson''s mother Katherine fights for the permanent custody of Jackson''s three kids, Prince Michael Jr, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket.
