UAE signs air services deal with Estonia

UAE signs air services deal with EstoniaThe UAE has announced that it has inked an "open" air services agreement with Estonia.

The sources said that the pact would enable unrestricted frequencies, capacity and types of aircraft, whether owned or leased, to be functioned by the designated airlines of each country in any type of service (passenger or cargo) on the routes between Estonia and the UAE.

The sources further added that UAE delegation designated Emirates, Etihad Airways, RAK Airways, Air Arabia and flydubai as the UAE national airlines under the pact, while the Estonia delegation is expected to designate its airlines in due course.

Both the parties also recommend to their authorities to conclude an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation on revenues arising from their airlines' activities.
