Bremen - Germany midfielder Marko Marin will leave Borussia Moenchengladbach for Bundesliga rivals Werder Bremen for the new season, Bremen sports director Klaus Allofs said on Wednesday.

"The clubs met again on Tuesday. We reached an agreement," Allofs told the German Press Agency dpa.

No financial details were given but Marin is said to cost around 9 million euros (12.5 million dollars). The 20-year-old is currently playing at the under-21 European championships in Sweden. (dpa)
