Yousuf makes a comeback to Pakistan Team

PCB The Former rebel Indian Cricket League (ICL) player Mohammad Yusuf has made come back in the International cricket as he has been included in the Pakistan squad for their tour to Sri Lanka which is going to start from 4th July at Galle.

Yousuf has recently ended his contract with the ICL and he has presented NOC from ICL to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) as PCB had granted amnesty to those ICL players who had ended their contracts with the ICL before 31st May.

Yousuf played last Test against India in 2007 at Bangalore and then he joined unofficial ICL due to which he was banned by International Cricket Council (ICC) to play any International cricket match.

Yusuf had scored 9,000 ODI runs at an average of 43.63 and 6,770 Test runs at an average of 55.49 while playing for Pakistan in the International cricket.

Yousuf also holds record of scoring most runs in a calendar year as he scored 1788 runs at an average of 99.33 in 2006.
