Ireland has registered a win by five wickets over Scotland in their World Cricket League Division 1 match at Voorburg. The Irish team was able to retain its 100% record in the series with this victory. Scotland team has managed to score only 117 runs with the loss of all their wickets in 47.2 overs batting first.

Neil McCallum was the top scorer for his team and fell just one run short from his half century. Dougie Lockhart has made 19 runs for Scotland.

Nigel Jones and Trent Johnson took two wickets each for Ireland. Ireland scored 120-5 in just 34.2 overs. Kevin O’Brien scored 41 not out and Paul String has made 37 runs to ensure the victory of the Irish team.

With this win the team Ireland moved up to the top of the table. Ireland has won the toss and invited Scotland to bat first but the Scotland batsmen were struggling from the very first ball of the match. Ireland also struggled in the beginning of their batting as they were 12-2 at one point of time. The score was 65-5 but then the partnership of Kevin and John Mooney took the team to register the victory.
