Washington, Feb 3 : It has now emerged that pop princess Britney Spears' former manager Sam Lutfi had made attempts at persuading her to name him as conservator of her estate early last year.

After her much publicised meltdown at the start of 2008, Spears lost the custody of her two sons-Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two-and her father Jamie was put in charge of her assets, along with attorney Andrew Wallet.

But as per court documents, which were leaked online, Lutfi had tried to get Spears to fight against her dad and turn all legal responsibility over to him.

Apparently, the comeback queen is concerned over where tots Sean Preston and Jayden James will live while their mother is on the road.

Washington, January 31: Britney Spears' father Jamie has obtained new restraining orders against her ex-manager Sam Lutfi, former paparazzo-beau Adnan Ghalib and an attorney, alleging harassment on their behalf against the singer, a court has heard.

Both Lutfi and Ghalib had been previously slapped with restraining orders, which prohibited them from contacting the pop princess or coming within 250 yards of her, her property or family members, according to the L. A. Superior Court papers.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Madonna confirmed on her website that she was extending the Sticky And Sweet world tour.
