The long legged seductress who enticed Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone got noticed even by the UK Prime Minister Gordon Brown.

Mr. Gordon invited Bebo as a special guest at his residence at Downing Street on November 18th.

Kareena was supposed to meet Gordon Brown himself and also be honoured with status of an international ambassador and join the Silver Star charity, which helps in spreading awareness about diabetes.

London, Nov 25 : A 68-year-old man in Johannesburg is facing prosecution for keeping his 8-year-old son hidden from friends and visitors in a garage for four years.

The boy, who was born to the former Austrian airline pilot''s black domestic worker, was kept in torn and tattered clothes.

Their identities have not been revealed, reports the Scotsman.

The child, currently, is undergoing assessment in the children''s psychiatric ward of a Johannesburg hospital.

London, Nov 25: Salim Ahmed Hamdan, the former driver and bodyguard of Al Qaeda chief Osama bin Laden, will be removed from Guantanamo Bay prison and sent to Yemen to serve the rest of his sentence, reports have said.

Hamdan has been held at Guantanamo Bay for five years. Now, he will be transferred to his native country to serve the final weeks of his sentence, sources said.

Sydney  - Britain's Richard Hickox embraced the "Australian- ness" of his role as musical director of Opera Australia, the company's head said Tuesday.

Hickox, one of the world's leading conductors, had a fatal heart attack in Britain at the weekend.

Hickox, 60, replaced Simone Young as Opera Australia musical director in 2005.

London  - The British government Monday unveiled plans to cut Value Added Tax (VAT) as part of a massive fiscal and financial package of 20 billion pounds (30 billion dollars) to stimulate the economy in the face of a looming recession.

The measures are expected to push government borrowing to 78 billion pounds this financial year and to 118 billion pounds in 2009, Alistair Darling, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, told parliament.

But he defended the Labour government's decision to respond to the impending recession by stimulating growth and increasing national debt to 8 per cent of the Gross Domestic Product (GdP) next year.
