ROUNDUP: Cologna and Kowalczyk clinch World Cup titles Falun, Sweden  - Switzerland's Dario Cologna on Sunday became the youngest World Cup winner in 25 years after winning the season finale in Sweden's Falun.

The women's World Cup title went to Poland's Justyna Kowalczyk who secured the season finale in the 10-km handicap race.

Cologna, 23, finished first in the 15-kilometre handicap to win both the four-race season-finale and the World Cup title.

He finished on 1,344 points, ahead of Norwegians Petter Northug (1,217) and Ola Vigen Hattestad (792).

Cologna, who also won the Tour de Ski, only won his first podium finish in December.

Cologna clocked 35 minutes 57.2 seconds for an overall time of 1 hour 40 minutes 45.3 seconds, beating Frenchman Vincent Vittoz into second place by 41.3 seconds.

Russian Alexander Legkov finished third a further 24.1 seconds behind.

Kowalczyk won the women's four-race season finale, 20 seconds up on Therese Johaug of Norway and 23 seconds ahead of Charlotte Kalla of Sweden.

She finished the season on 1,810 points, ahead of Petra Majdic of Slovenia (1,730) and Aino-Kaisa Saarinen of Finland (1,485). dpa
