Saina wins the World Championship

India's Saina Nehwal is the New World Junoir Badminton Champion. She won the World junior Badminton championshop beating Japan's Shato Sayako 21-9, 21-18 in the final in Pune.

The national sensation and top seeded Saina is the first Indian to win the title.

Saina Nehwal has won a silver Medal in the last World junior Championship in Incheon, South Korea in 2006.

In August she made it to the quarterfinals of Beijing Olympics. She also won the Chinese Taipei Grand Prix in September.

"It is a great feeling to win this time. I never thought that I would play so well," Saina told after the match.
