"We will pursue constructive diplomacy with both India and Pakistan," Obama added.

Talking about the new offerings, San Francisco-based Twitter's co-founder Biz Stone told Reuters: "We think there will be opportunities to provide services to commercial entities that help them get even more value out of Twitter. If these services are valuable to companies, we think they may want to pay for them."

Salander, 59, is accused of stealing millions, including two million dollars from the famed tennis star.

The bankrupt gallery owner was once a respected figure in the New York art world, and is said to have swindling two-dozen investors and clients out of 88 million dollars to finance his extravagant lifestyle.
